Company Information and History
In order to provide our customers, suppliers and stakeholders with improved product, service and distribution solutions, we are pleased to announce the merger of the businesses of Chipkins Catering Supplies and Seaworld, based in Polokwane, into an integrated facility operating under a new and exciting brand, namely Bidvest Foodservice Multi-Temp Polokwane, effective 1 April 2011.
We are evolving to meet changing market and customers needs and our multi-temperature distribution facility will provide our customers with a convenient one stop shop, with a comprehensive frozen, chilled, ambient and catering equipment product solution. Thereby allowing our customers the opportunity to consolidate their suppliers, and spend more time with their customers, as opposed to receiving goods and dealing with suppliers.
Additional Information
For added convenience, you simply phone one number, and deal with one sales consultant or tele-seller. Chipkins customers please note that our number is changing to 015 297 4200. Our new Multi-Temp facility will provide our customers with added advantages, some of which are:
- A comprehensive product offering.
- Improved service levels.
- Consistent and competitive pricing.
Please note that due to changes in our accounting system, all Seaworld customers will be contacted in order to move their accounts to Bidvest Foodservice Multi-Temp Polokwane, and all Chipkins customers will automatically be integrated into the facility. However, all customers are kindly requested to please take note of our account details and to make the relevant changes.
